OK…lots of time to ponder this question:
Why do real farmers stack big rocks / little rocks in their fields?
Answer(s): * they don’t want them to ruin their
* they use the piles as shelter when possible tornados threaten.
* it’s a status thing; look how many rocks I have!
* It breaks up the routine of the straight rows?
* too lazy to haul them off the fields
OK, you guess…
talked to a farmer at a cafe and he said, ” them rocks have been around since the land was first tilled. They are part of the land, shouldn’t be removed, sacred, so we just put um’ in piles and that’s that.”
